Dear Real Estate friends
Three weeks ago, we attended the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World real estate conference in Las Vegas. We encountered many innovations that could also affect the Swiss real estate market. Digitalization is progressing rapidly and the US market is being shaken up by disruptive business models. It is astonishing how much money companies from outside the industry are spending in an attempt to permanently change the topography of the real estate market. However, in discussions with 3,000 real estate entrepreneurs from all over the world, it was also clear that established brokers with well-established customer relationships have great opportunities in this process. It is becoming increasingly important that we put the customer, and not the technology, at the center of our business.
