For the CEO and owner of Ginesta Immobilien AG, this marks yet another appearance on this list.

In addition, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Next Property AG, an industry initiative comprising over 500 companies, and is regarded as one of the leading voices in the real estate market.
