Second conversation

The next step is to get to know your future manager. We talk about your professional experience, your expectations of the role and clarify any unanswered questions.

Get to know the team

For certain positions, a further meeting is held with the higher-level management. This is about strategic and cultural fit – and about getting to know each other even better. You may also get to know your new team colleagues at this stage.

Offer submission
