Throughout the Surselva, in the Engadin, in Arosa/Lenzerheide and around Davos/Klosters, the Ginesta Graubünden team is out and about every day during the high season, responding specifically to the wishes of our customers who are staying in the tourist resorts these days.
“In the early and late season, you can also meet me on the ski slopes. In the high season, however, I devote my full attention to the Real Estate market. Because that’s when presence and regional market knowledge are particularly in demand and make all the difference.”
Sascha Ginesta, Head of Brokerage Graubünden, Partner
Our real estate professionals live and work in the respective region. They know the places, the locations, the characteristics of the communities and the local real estate market. This is exactly what makes the difference at this time. Especially when appointments take place under time pressure. Many prospective buyers are only on site for a few days. Appointments have to fit, distances have to be short, statements have to be clear. Viewings during the season require experience, reliability and quick decision-making. Our job is to provide orientation in a short space of time. Objectively, realistically and to the point. This requires not only knowledge of the property, but also local understanding.
“This time is intense, but that’s exactly why we do this job. You can feel the dynamism in the market, the commitment of the discussions and the trust of the customers. That’s challenging and motivating.”
Natasa Subaric, Real Estate Consultant and Acquisition Graubünden
At the same time, we support owners who are considering a sale. Initial appraisals, sound assessments and discussions on market positioning often also take place during this phase. The market is then particularly active in tourist communities and comparability is high. Our canvassers are on site, take their time and advise with a focus on the essentials: Location, condition, potential and realistic expectations.
What sets this season apart is not just the volume, but the proximity. Our teams are not guests. They are part of the region, all year round. This anchoring creates clarity in advice and certainty in decision-making, for buyers and sellers alike.
“Of course, I’m doubly pleased when I can advise Italian-speaking customers in my native language
during the high season in St. Moritz.”
Alessandra Laffranchi, real estate consultant St. Moritz
