Ginesta Immobilien is entering into a strategic partnership with Knight Frank in the luxury real estate and vacation property sector. In future, exclusive real estate and vacation properties will also be advertised and actively marketed via Knight Frank’s international sales channels. This will give owners of luxury or vacation properties in Switzerland broader access to potential buyers abroad. The sales potential is enhanced by the collaboration with one of the world’s leading independent real estate consultancies, and new markets can be opened up.
Knight Frank is one of the world’s leading Real Estate consultancies with over 125 years of experience and a strong international network. Headquartered in London, UK, the company was founded in 1896 and today has over 500 offices in 60 countries. Knight Frank stands
for the highest level of expertise in the brokerage and valuation of residential and commercial real estate as well as exclusive premium and investment properties.
The partnership enables Ginesta to market properties with local roots and international visibility at the same time – a clear added value for owners and buyers.
As part of the cooperation, luxury real estate and vacation properties will be marketed jointly under the “Ginesta Collection/Knight Frank” brand. As a first step, the Ginesta Immobilien office in St. Moritz, which specializes in luxury and vacation properties, will operate under this new name in the Engadin from the 2025/26 winter season.
