On Thursday morning, the event brought together a carefully selected group from the Real Estate industry, entrepreneurship and the world of finance. The event was hosted by TV presenter Anna Maier, who led the morning’s proceedings and skillfully categorized the exchange between international market trends and Swiss premium expertise.
After the reception and breakfast, Claude Ginesta, CEO of Ginesta Immobilien AG, and Katerina van der Laan, Head of Ginesta Collection, officially launched the partnership with Knight Frank. Ginesta Collection is an independent sub-brand for exclusive real estate, international clientele and discreet off-market mandates in the premium segment.
The morning focused on the presentation of the “Knight Frank Wealth Report 2026”. The internationally acclaimed report analyzes global wealth developments, luxury markets and investment trends every year and is considered an important reference report for banks, family offices, investors and the real estate industry worldwide.
Two key findings from this year’s report were highlighted in particular:
Beat Imwinkelried, owner of B.I. Collection, picked up on this development in his presentation. He impressively demonstrated why collectible cars are now far more than just collector’s items and are increasingly being viewed as long-term assets.
The event highlighted the extent to which the international luxury market has changed. Discretion, personal service, global networking and cultural understanding are becoming increasingly important for discerning customers.
The subsequent networking in the Efficiency Club gave guests the opportunity to exchange ideas in a stylish setting in the heart of Zurich.
We would like to thank all participants and speakers for this inspiring and exciting morning full of valuable insights, personal encounters and stimulating discussions.
