House and condominium owners are responsible for supervising and monitoring the good condition of their electrical installations. The owner must be able to provide corresponding proof of safety on request. To make them aware of their obligation, the owners are requested in writing by the grid operators at least six months before the end of the inspection period to submit the safety certificate by the end of the inspection period. There are different inspection periods for the individual electrical installations.Â
