New service: Valuation desk

Ginesta Immobilien is further expanding its activities in the service sector with the appointment of a long-standing real estate valuer. We already act as accredited valuers for a number of banks and support private and institutional property owners in the valuation of their properties.

We undertake both the classic valuation of single-family homes and condominiums/apartments, as well as complex valuation issues relating to development sites, business and commercial properties, hotel and restaurant properties or special constructions with building rights or usufructuary rights.

We use all standard valuation methods for the valuation of individual properties or entire Real Estate portfolios: Real value, capitalized earnings value, net asset value, discounted cash flow (DCF), backward calculations as well as computer-based hedonic models. We obtain our transaction and offer data from the largest provider of market data. Based on our own and external surveys and transactions, we can professionally value your property at any time.

The head of the valuation desk is Cédric Hochuli, who has over 20 years of experience in financing and valuation at a major Swiss bank. He holds a federal certificate for real estate appraisers and is a federally certified real estate trustee. He trains prospective real estate trustees and valuers at the management school.
