Ginesta expands the Board of Directors with two proven specialists

Two new members strengthen the strategic backbone of the company As of June 5, 2023, Ginesta Immobilien AG has added two new members to its Board of Directors, whose track record and experience will complement the company's internal expertise at a strategic level. We warmly welcome them to the company's highest body: Elke Guhl and Michael Füllemann.

Elke Guhl has had a successful career in marketing at international companies. From Henkel Cosmetic to eBay and Swiss Life, she has played a key role in shaping the brand perception of her employers, until her most recent position at Migros Fachmarkt AG, where she was responsible for the transformation into a more customer-centric organization. We are delighted that she will now be supporting Ginesta at a strategic level, thereby further enhancing our marketing expertise.

Michael Füllemann is an entrepreneurial leader with extensive international experience in advising leading global companies and in line management. He has been a top-level consultant at BCG and Bain & Co. for over twenty years. At Schindler Elevators he was part of the Group Executive Board for several years with responsibility for the global product lines. At the same time, he has been involved as an investor in technology-oriented companies for over thirty years. He will support Ginesta in its further growth with his organizational and corporate development skills.

The two new members of the Board of Directors complement the existing Board consisting of the Chairman of the Board of Directors Corinne Rohner and the members Claude Ginesta, Sascha Ginesta and André Ginesta.

Last but not least, there is an anniversary to celebrate on the Board of Directors of Ginesta Immobilien AG: Corinne Rohner has been a member of the Board for ten years and has chaired it since 2019. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank you very much, dear Corinne.
