Claude Ginesta as speaker at the International Real Estate Symposium in Dubrovnik

Claude Ginesta, CEO of Ginesta Immobilien AG, was a speaker at an international symposium in Dubrovnik, Croatia, from 16. until 18. October 2014. This was organized by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International® and brought together high-ranking real estate professionals from 13 countries worldwide.

The participants discussed global Real Estate issues and explored the extent to which real estate transactions are increasingly becoming an international business.

Claude Ginesta spoke about the “art of introduction”, i.e. the possibilities of offering real estate assistance to clients worldwide with the help of the Leading RE and Luxury Portfolio connections.

Other speakers included the renowned Spanish economist Ramón Tamames, who spoke about the influence of environmental changes on real estate as an asset. In addition, highly professional real estate agents provided insights into the practices and trends in their local markets.
