15 Years of Ginesta Real Estate on the Left Bank of Lake Zurich

When Ginesta Real Estate opened its first branch office outside its Küsnacht headquarters at Lindenstrasse 3 in Horgen 15 years ago, it marked an important milestone in the company’s history. The focus was on being close to the market and to customers on the left shore of Lake Zurich.
Even back then, the region was experiencing dynamic growth, and demand for home ownership was steadily increasing. By establishing a location in Horgen, Ginesta Real Estate sought to be closer to its clients and respond even more directly to the needs of homeowners. Today, Ginesta serves its clients through three offices along the left shore of Lake Zurich. For nearly four years now, the Pfäffikon SZ office has also been serving clients in the canton of Schwyz, and at the Dreikönigstrasse location in Zurich Enge, a team—in addition to the investment specialists—handles all initial and re-leasing transactions.
Looking back, Horgen marked the beginning of a successful growth trajectory. The long-established family business, founded in 1944, has evolved into a leading real estate service provider with nine locations in German-speaking Switzerland and over 80 employees today.
Today, the Ginesta office in Horgen is headed by Alex Niedermann. Together with Jessica Mor-Camenzind, Mario Schmid, and Sven Cunningham, he assists property owners on the left shore of Lake Zurich with all matters related to real estate sales. This well-coordinated team combines local market knowledge, personalized advice, and many years of experience. The four real estate experts are supported by Ginesta Immobilien’s centers of expertise in the areas of appraisals, new-construction marketing, initial leasing, and investment properties. As a result, local clients benefit from personalized service while also drawing on the expertise of one of the most established real estate companies in German-speaking Switzerland.
