The path to Ginesta Immobilien Verwaltungs AG (GIVAG) – a step into entrepreneurship

Ralph Geigle was no stranger to the Ginesta world when he joined GIVAG as a co-owner in 2015. He already worked for Ginesta Immobilien from 2004 to 2010 – back then as a property manager in a small team of just three people. His career then took him to a medium-sized real estate company, where he held a management position. But the real estate industry is a small world, and so the contact with Claude Ginesta always remained.

A meeting with Claude Ginesta finally provided the decisive impetus: the idea of a subsidiary that would focus exclusively on professional real estate management. The birth of Ginesta Immobilien Verwaltungen AG. Ralph Geigle invested in the new company as a partner and took over the operational management. Today, ten years later, GIVAG is an established, renowned company – and Ralph Geigle can look back on this success story with pride.

Highlights and milestones

When asked which moments make him particularly proud, Ralph Geigle emphasizes the positive development of GIVAG. What began in 2015 with 4.5 employees is now a well-coordinated team of 12 dedicated professionals who are passionate about real estate management. The focus is on direct, personal contact with customers – a philosophy that has proven its worth and strengthened GIVAG’s reputation in the long term.

However, it is not only the company’s growth that is a milestone, but also the digitalization that has been consistently driven forward in recent years. GIVAG has introduced innovative systems and tools and is open to new technologies. Thanks in part to Ralph Geigle’s commitment, the level of digitalization is already high. Not only the clients, but also the tenants feel this in a positive way.

The recipe for success: team spirit and vision

A central component of his success? A strong team. Ralph Geigle appreciates the open, collegial exchange and the strong team spirit, which is particularly noticeable in challenging times. “We support each other and go the extra mile – that’s not a given and deserves great appreciation,” he says.

In addition to professional expertise, he has also honed personal qualities over the years: Patience, perseverance and resilience. You can’t force everything in the real estate industry – sometimes you have to take things as they come and act with strategic foresight.

Motivation for the future

After more than 25 years in the industry, Ralph Geigle’s enthusiasm for real estate remains undiminished. “Living means being at home, protection and well-being – that’s what makes our work so special,” he explains. Meeting people and providing advice and support on real estate issues motivates him just as much today as it did at the start of his career.

And what does the future hold? Ralph Geigle wants to continue to successfully develop GIVAG over the next ten years, further optimize the service for customers and pass on his knowledge to younger employees. Because one thing is certain: the success of recent years is just the beginning.
