Franco found working on complex properties, whether historic Engadine houses or exclusive luxury properties, particularly exciting. Each project brought new challenges, but the positive feedback from satisfied customers was and is always a great motivation. He also remembers the expansion of the branch and the developments during the pandemic, with rapidly rising demand and prices, as an intense and impressive time.

Over the past five years, he has not only acquired in-depth knowledge of the market and its special features, but has also witnessed the dynamic development of Ginesta as a company.
