Dihei Saland – A new home in the heart of Saland

Where a green meadow once dominated the village landscape, a harmonious development with six apartment blocks and a total of 32 apartments will be built in the coming years. The new-build project is aimed at people in different life situations – from singles and couples to families and senior citizens. In addition to a broad mix of apartments ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, the project is characterized by sustainable construction, well thought-out open spaces and an integrative living concept.

The project is currently selling the first stage with a total of 14 apartments.

Saland and the entire municipality of Bauma are in a growth phase. Forecasts show that the population will increase significantly in the coming years. A kindergarten within the development is a particular highlight that meets the needs of young families. The municipality of Bauma has already agreed to use this site for a kindergarten.

“Our construction project in Saland impresses with its solid construction method for maximum durability and energy efficiency. The building envelope is designed with optimum thermal insulation in line with current regulations and a photovoltaic system. State-of-the-art plastic-metal windows with electric sun awnings ensure optimum light and heat protection. The heating energy is obtained from the air-to-water heat pump and the apartments are equipped with underfloor heating and an efficient ventilation system.”

In addition to the energy-efficient construction method, the project focuses on generous open spaces. Open green areas and meeting zones promote social interaction and create a high quality of stay. 

Ideal location for commuters and nature lovers
The location of Dihei Saland combines the advantages of rural living with good connections to urban centers. Saland is easily accessible by train and car. Zurich, Winterthur and Wetzikon can be reached in a short time by public transport or car. At the same time, the surrounding nature invites you to enjoy leisure activities. The Töss and the surrounding hills offer ideal conditions for walks, hikes and sporting activities.
