After a warm round of introductions, the adventure began. Sandrine Hofstetter, Real Estate consultant for new buildings, opened the day with her inspiring story. She told how she managed to combine her passion for competitive sport with a solid education. With impressive openness, she spoke about how important it is to have a professional foundation that simultaneously provides joy and security – a thought that visibly touched the young audience.

Afterwards, Jilian Bosshardt, Marketing Assistant, took the talents on a journey through her personal career. With her connection to nature and animals, she conveyed how varied the paths into the real estate industry can be – and that individuality is a key to success.

Then it was time for action. Samuel Mayer, Content Creator, explained the day’s task: the participants were to independently create a viewing video and sales documentation for a property. Equipped with curiosity, creativity and a portion of courage, the young talents set to work. Step by step, they grew with their tasks – from exploring the property, filming and photographing to creating the final content.

A pizza lunch together provided time to chat and recharge. Then it was back to work full of energy. The participants worked on their videos, texts and images with great dedication – always with an eye on the upcoming presentation to CEO Claude Ginesta.

With pride and a little stage fright, the young talents presented their work to the CEO at the end of the day. Claude Ginesta was delighted and praised the creativity, commitment and fresh perspective that the participants had brought to the real estate world.
