The Future Day is a unique opportunity to take your first steps into the professional world and gain valuable insights into the world of real estate.

An unforgettable day at Ginesta
At 08:30, we warmly welcome the participants to our offices in Küsnacht. After a brief insight into our multifaceted business and the diverse job profiles in the Real Estate industry, each participant is assigned a unique task. During a subsequent house tour, pictures, videos and notes are created, which serve as the basis for the development of your products after a delicious lunch. The media content created will be presented to the management at the end of the Future Day.

How a future day at Ginesta helps young people progress
A future day at Ginesta offers pupils in years 5 to 7 the opportunity to gain practical experience in a varied working environment. Not only do they learn about the different facets of the real estate world and marketing, but they also have the chance to implement their creative ideas as part of a team. Perhaps a young talent will even discover a profession that inspires them.
