In spring 2024, construction work will begin on the “Ambra” development in the Gschwader district of Uster, with 94 new-build apartments that will be ready for occupancy by the end of 2025 (architect: lilin architekten sia gmbh). The client Swisscanto Immobilienfond Responsible IFCA, represented by the Asset Management of Zürcher Kantonalbank, invited several potential marketing partners for the initial letting mandate. After a multi-stage pitch process, Ginesta Immobilien was chosen.
In collaboration with our advertising partner Matchcom, Ginesta successfully mastered pitch round after pitch round and impressed with its expertise, customer focus and the right concept. Ginesta mobilized all the necessary internal resources and gave its best.
