Laughter is healthy and connects

Anyone who spends the whole year at six locations brokering our customers’ properties with great commitment and pleasure, or who works in the background to ensure that this is successful, is dependent on a team that can trust each other almost blindly. This team spirit develops naturally on a day-to-day basis as we work together on the basis of respect, appreciation and friendliness. And sometimes we at Ginesta add a little extra cement.

On the last Friday in August, we traveled together to the Kerenzerberg and took on the six challenges of the Alpine Olympics in six teams. From tomahawk throwing to Alpine skittles, from chicken catching to mountain golf, from crossbow shooting to the milking competition, we competed against each other. In the process, we developed competitive ambition, sometimes unexpected comedic talent and, in any case, a stronger bond with the people with whom we otherwise have to deal primarily on a professional level.  

A perfect event in the most beautiful natural surroundings, which ended with a delicious barbecue and the journey home together on the coach. And above all, it was an all-round success, because there was a lot of laughter and everyone took home memories that could only have been created in this outstandingly harmonious community.
