We are testing! Participation in the nationwide corona operational tests.

Ginesta Immobilien in Graubünden is taking part in the nationwide coronavirus operational tests. For a few days now, the canton of Graubünden has been offering all companies the opportunity to test their employees regularly for infection with the coronavirus. The reason for this decision is obvious: to stop the increase in the number of infections. For the management and all Ginesta Immobilien employees at the Chur and St. Moritz sites, it was immediately clear: we have to support this, we have to participate. Because as a company and also as individuals, we have a duty to take the situation seriously and do our bit.

wir testen Small effort – big benefit
After we registered as a company, all employees received an email asking them to complete a questionnaire on their personal professional and private behavior. Based on this information and a complex algorithm that calculates the time for the tests, our employees are now individually requested by text message to take the saliva tests and hand them in promptly at the local collection point. The result is then available within 24 hours. This makes it possible to send carriers of the virus who do not show any symptoms themselves to a verification test and into quarantine at an early stage. As a company, we are contributing CHF 8.50 to each of these tests. We believe that this is a small cost for everyone if we can help to protect lives and return to normality as a society as soon as possible. The operational tests will run until July 2021.

What else we do
Of course, employees at all Ginesta Real Estate locations work from home whenever possible. Because many of us are frequently on the road with prospective buyers, vendors and in property management with tradesmen, architects and administrators, we always adhere strictly to the prescribed rules. For those of us who still have to return to the office, we have organized staggered lunch times, opened the windows regularly and converted the meeting rooms, which are currently rarely used, into individual offices. Of course, we always wear masks when in contact with others, but we do so in style: the high-quality, stylish Ginesta masks have been on display everywhere since November and we are happy to give them out free of charge to our employees and during visits.

Thanks to all our employees for their exemplary conduct in dealing with the current coronavirus pandemic and especially to the people of Graubünden who are taking part in these voluntary, nationwide tests without being asked.

The good thing is that thanks to all these measures, we have hardly had any other health problems, which has not always been the case this season with the usual flu epidemic. Good for us, good for everyone. Because this means we can be there for our customers as usual.
