Anyone following developments in and around Zurich knows that Zurich North is booming. The NZZ summarized this development even more aptly with the headline “Zurich North is the city’s fountain of youth”. The district exudes a great attraction, especially for young, creative people and innovative start-ups, and has a lot of potential due to the available space.
Ginesta Immobilien shares this assessment and we have responded by recently we opened our fifth branch in Oerlikon. Because it is always our aim to be close to our customers, the properties and the market in order to offer the best quality of advice and service.
In difficult times like these, this is admittedly a bold step, but one that we have taken with great confidence. Because we believe in this future market, we see it as an important piece of the mosaic of our growth strategy and we are encouraged by the trust of our customers, who have repeatedly confirmed to us in many different ways over our 75-year history that we are on the right track.
