Ginesta Immobilien AG successfully marketed a new building with 8 modern condominiums in Uster. The marketing phase lasted just under 2 months, after which all the apartments were reserved. Today, all sales contracts have been signed and construction has started.
Successfully marketing a new-build project of this size in such a short space of time requires a great deal of intuition and know-how.
