Sascha Ginesta speaks at global real estate symposium
Sascha Ginesta, branch manager of Ginesta Immobilien Graubünden, spoke at this year's global symposium of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) from 24. until 26. September in Vienna on the Swiss real estate market. The symposium for members of LeadingRE, a global community of independent leading real estate companies, attracted representatives from 22 countries to the Austrian capital.

In discussions about the structures in the international real estate business, the global economy, the consumer behavior of wealthy buyer groups, future technologies in the real estate industry and how the members of LeadingRE would react to these trends in their local markets, but also collectively as a network, the participants addressed the factors that influence real estate transactions worldwide. Like the LeadingRE representatives from Spain, New Zealand and the Dominican Republic, Sascha Ginesta explained the current conditions and peculiarities of the domestic real estate market to the leading international real estate experts.
