In discussions about the structures in the international Real Estate business, the global economy, the consumer behavior of wealthy buyer groups, future technologies in the real estate industry and how the members of LeadingRE would react to these trends in their local markets, but also collectively as a network, the participants addressed the factors that influence real estate transactions worldwide. Like the LeadingRE representatives from Spain, New Zealand and the Dominican Republic, Sascha Ginesta explained the current conditions and peculiarities of the domestic real estate market to the leading international real estate experts.
Now in its tenth year, the Global Real Estate Symposium plays a key role in shaping LeadingRE’s strategy. “The symposium is an important part of our mission to be a truly global community. Not only do we want to count the world’s best real estate companies among our members, but we also want to provide them with meaningful and impactful services,” said Pam O’Connor, President/CEO of LeadingRE.
With a global membership community spanning six continents, LeadingRE connects more than 565 companies and 130,000 sales partners who generate over 1.1 million real estate transactions each year. As a member of LeadingRE, Ginesta Real Estate offers a high-quality real estate experience, global marketing reach and access to the best real estate professionals in virtually every market worldwide. In Switzerland, LeadingRE is represented by Ginesta Immobilien in Zurich and Graubünden.
