The acquisition process is divided into several phases and includes the following activities:
1. property search
We identify all properties on the market that match the search criteria.
2. pre-inspection
To save our clients time, all potential properties are pre-inspected by us.
3. organization of viewing appointments
The interesting properties are viewed and assessed together with the client.
4. market value estimates
We prepare a brief estimate for the purpose of determining/reconstructing the existing offer price.
5th negotiation phase
We are happy to conduct the purchase negotiations on behalf of/in the presence of the customer in order to achieve contract conditions in line with the market.
6. examination of the purchase contract
As soon as a consensus has been reached, we will negotiate the contract or examine it materially.
7. other services
We are happy to help with other services, e.g. advice on financing or problems relating to possible structural or interior design changes.
