Reasons for the restructuring
The Board of Directors of Ginesta Immobilien AG intends to implement a modern company structure in order to create a separate management structure for each of the two areas of expertise, marketing and management. This will not only allow us to better position the two divisions, but also give us greater flexibility so that we can optimally serve the needs of our customers and our market environment.
For this purpose, the property management division will be spun off into the newly founded subsidiary Ginesta Immobilien Verwaltungen AG, based in Küsnacht. There are no changes in all operational matters. The marketing and management divisions will continue their traditional business as before.
Restructuring steps
The newly founded Ginesta Immobilien Verwaltungen AG takes over the property management division of Ginesta Immobilien AG with its assets and liabilities as well as all contracts with all rights and obligations with effect from 1 January 2008. July 2015. All existing employees in the property management division will be transferred to the new Ginesta Immobilien Verwaltungen AG.
Mr. Ralph Geigle, a proven, highly experienced and quality-oriented management professional, has been recruited as managing director. He will strengthen the team with his specialist and management expertise and will continue to develop the company as an entrepreneurial partner.
