Ginesta Immobilien expands its property management division

Reasons for the restructuring

The Board of Directors of Ginesta Immobilien AG aims to implement a modern corporate structure in order to establish separate management structures for the two areas of expertise: Brokerage and property management. This will not only improve the positioning of both business units but also provide us with greater flexibility, enabling us to best meet the needs of our clients and our market environment.

To this end, the property management division will be spun off into the newly established subsidiary Ginesta Immobilien Verwaltungen AG, headquartered in Küsnacht. There will be no changes to any operational matters. The brokerage and property management divisions will continue to conduct their traditional business as before.

Restructuring steps

The newly founded Ginesta Immobilien Verwaltungen AG takes over the property management division of Ginesta Immobilien AG with its assets and liabilities as well as all contracts with all rights and obligations with effect from 1 January 2008. July 2015. All existing employees in the property management division will be transferred to the new Ginesta Immobilien Verwaltungen AG.

Mr. Ralph Geigle, a proven, highly experienced and quality-oriented management professional, has been recruited as managing director. He will strengthen the team with his specialist and management expertise and will continue to develop the company as an entrepreneurial partner.

• Since May 2015, Managing Director and Partner at Ginesta Real Estate Management AG and Member of the Extended Executive Board at Ginesta Real Estate AG
• Mr. Geigle holds the following SVIT (Swiss Association of Real Estate Trustees) Diplomas:
  • Federal Diploma as licensed Real Estate Trustee
  • Federal Diploma as licensed Real Estate Consultant
  • Federal Diploma as licensed Real Estate Manager
