Ginesta Real Estate has been named “Top International Luxury Broker” by Luxury Portfolio International™. The award goes to the company based outside the USA that best exemplifies the quality, strength and expertise in the luxury market that the Luxury Portfolio brand stands for.
Claude and Sascha Ginesta accepted the award in Orlando and commented as follows: “We are very proud to receive this award. It shows us that we are on the right track with our international cooperations and that we are able to successfully market luxury real estate to high international standards. Even though the market in Switzerland is largely dominated by local buyers, the international influence is immense. For example, over 25% of all visitors read our homepage in English. This shows that our clientele is becoming increasingly international.”
