Ginesta Collection is not simply a new offering within Ginesta, but an independent sub-brand with a clear focus on exclusive Real Estate in the premium segment. This includes an independent brand presence, a separate website and communication aimed specifically at the upmarket customer segment.

The new sub-brand is Ginesta’s targeted response to this development. The new brand bundles Ginesta’s expertise in exclusive residential real estate, villas, historic properties, Alpine properties and off-market transactions.

The launch of Ginesta Collection is deliberately taking place in the context of the latest findings of the new Wealth Report, which will also be presented and discussed with invited guests at the event. This clearly shows that high-quality residential real estate remains in high demand worldwide, particularly in safe, stable and liveable regions such as Switzerland. The combination of global market trends and local premium expertise forms the basis for the future direction of the new brand.
