A historic villa in the center of Zurich. Around 500 square meters of living space, over nine rooms and a park-like plot with plenty of privacy. Properties like this are an absolute exception, even in Zurich. It is even rarer to find a new tenant for such a property. The rental conditions are as exceptional as the property itself. Accordingly, only a very select group comes into question.

For me as team leader for first-time and re-letting, properties like this are the real treats in everyday life. These are the highlights that I look forward to. They show me time and again that I’m in the right place. Especially when it comes to off-market lettings.

Owners of such rarities usually consider several options. This makes the first impression all the more important. In this case, we were able to impress with our proven approach. At the same time, as a passionate marketing specialist, it was important to me to create a personal and trusting basis right from the start. Trust is the basis for everything that follows.

Properties like this cannot simply be brokered via conventional rental platforms. With this villa, it was therefore clear from the outset that precise positioning was crucial and discretion was paramount. This requires a strong network, a clear strategy and a targeted approach. Thanks to our network, we were able to identify suitable and solvent prospective tenants. We found the right tenant just a few weeks after taking on the mandate. Someone who not only met the requirements, but also understood the character of this special property.
