Davos, August 2026: Ginesta Real Estate will open a new office at Promenade 93 in Davos Platz in early September. With this tenth location, the long-established Swiss real estate company is further expanding its presence in Graubünden and strengthening its local roots in the Davos-Klosters region.

Ginesta Real estate has been active in the Graubünden real estate market for many years and has offices in Chur, Flims, and St. Moritz. Until now, the Davos-Klosters region has been served from Chur. With the new office, the company is now establishing a direct point of contact for property owners, prospective buyers, and real estate developers in the area.

“Davos is a logical next step for us. Real estate is a matter of trust. That’s why we want to have a presence where our customers live, invest, and spend their free time,” says Sascha Ginesta, Head of Brokerage for Graubünden.

Nadine Suter will take over as head of the new office. She lives in Davos herself, is familiar with the region and the local real estate market, and has spent the past year at Ginesta intensively preparing for her new role.

“Anyone involved in real estate sales or purchases in Davos and Klosters needs not only a partner with in-depth market knowledge, but above all advice that takes their individual situation into account and understands it. That’s exactly why we want to be there in person with our new office,” says Nadine Suter.

The real estate market in Davos and Klosters is characterized by consistently high demand coupled with limited supply. In addition to primary and secondary residences, new construction projects also play an important role. With this new location, Ginesta combines local market knowledge with the network and marketing capabilities of the entire company.
