David Feldmann

To advance our growth strategy in Graubünden and further expand our primary residence market, we were looking for a talented sales professional to serve as the head of our Chur office for the Bonaduz, Chur, and Graubünden Rhine Valley region, and we found that person in David Feldmann. 

A native of Glarus who now calls a nearby town home, he brings everything needed—in addition to his passion for the region. After completing his business training, he soon discovered his talent for Sales and now has twenty years of experience in the field. As a graduate in business administration (HF) and a certified real estate appraiser (CAS FHZ), he also brings the necessary expertise required for property acquisition and consulting. His ability to take on responsibility is demonstrated not only by his four children but also by the fact that he has already worked successfully for over five years as a real estate marketer responsible for sales in the greater Glarus-Sarganserland region.

With his deep passion for real estate and his knowledge of the regional market, David is the perfect addition to the dedicated sales team in Chur, as well as to Sascha Ginesta, partner and Head of Brokerage for the entire canton of Graubünden. And he brings a special skill that’s always in demand here: he gets along with everyone. From rustic to luxurious, from young local families looking for their first home to discerning buyers seeking an elegant vacation home.
