Claude Ginesta

Claude Ginesta has made extensive preparations for joining Ginesta Immobilien. After graduating as a business economist from the HWV Zurich/Winterthur, he gained valuable experience in the field of mortgages and financing solutions for home buyers. He then joined CB Richard Ellis, the world's largest real estate services company, where he advised international clients on the sale of commercial properties and the letting of office space. He was also involved in various large valuation assignments for listed companies.

Since spring 2001, the Eidg. dipl. Real estate trustee at Ginesta Immobilien as a partner and CEO since 2010. He was active in the Swiss Real Estate Industry Association (SVIT) as an audit expert and member of the Commission for Swiss Fee Recommendations. For the standard work "Maklerrecht in der Immobilienwirtschaft" he wrote the chapters on the "Dienstleistungsdispositiv des Maklers" and the "Ethischen Aspekte im Immobilienhandel". Claude Ginesta is a regular author of real estate columns and market reports in the press. His Illusions campaign even won a marketing award.

Claude Ginesta was a member of the International Advisory Board of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World for many years and was a board member and Vice President of the Swiss Chamber of Real Estate Agents from 2016 to 2021. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Next Property AG, an industry initiative of 500 real estate companies that own 50% of the Newhome.ch marketplace and is committed to a self-determined and independent real estate industry.
