The natural paradise of Fatschaz is located in Schanfigg, in the wonderful Hochwang ski region, at an elevation of 1,870 meters above sea level. The location can be reached in the summer via a road (permit required) from St. Peter/Pagig. In the winter, a chair lift provides for convenient and effortless access. There is an approximately two minute walk between the mountain station for the chair lift and the holiday home; the ski slope runs just past the holiday home. The town of St. Peter, with its skiing, recreation and hiking paradise, lies along the famous mountain road between Chur (19 km) and Arosa (20 km). St. Peter/Hochwang can be reached by car from Zurich in approximately 1½ hours.
The holiday home features four bedrooms, large living spaces (dining room, living room, kitchen and breakfast nook) and 127 m2 of net living space. The property was built in 1972/73. The construction has been very well maintained and continuously renovated. The home is currently move-in ready and in excellent condition.
The property includes expansive surroundings of 1,258 m2, which offer a diversity of idyllic spots to bask under the sun. The house is surrounded by an attractive selection of trees, plants and meadows with rare Alpine flora. A freshwater spring is part of the idyllic Alpine landscape, just like the mountain brook that babbles along the edge of the property.
