[objektbeschreibung] => This holiday house or permanent residence - which was constructed in 1962 - can be found in the quiet, treasured residential estate known as "Dählenwald", or Dählen Woods, which provides plenty of privacy. The Dählen Woods are set on a rise above Wolfgang, between the world-renowned spa destinations of Davos and Klosters and can be described as very idyllic and peaceful. In the wintertime the house profits from the cross-country skiing tracks and two ski slopes which pass by in the immediate vicinity and in the summertime, the lake is located within walking distance.
This chalet has been done in the traditional interlocking timber construction style of chalets and rests on a massive pedestal which also houses the bottom level. The facade displays numerous small ornamental designs and the white stucco pedestal is also an element of the traditional chalet design.
On two storeys you find on 145 m2 of living space the five bedrooms, bathrooms, as well as the large living- and dining-room with an expansive sun terrace. The wine cellar and the integrated two-car garage complete this great offer.
