This applies to buildings outside the building zone, i.e. mainly in agricultural areas, and shows how additional areas can be created, or how they can be used. new areas can be created within a building cubature.
The basic rules are:
- 30% in addition to the existing area, but a maximum of 100m2 of new space can be created
- 60% additional living space within the existing building cubature.
- The basis for the calculation (100%) is always the stock of living space in the year. It is a nationwide law.
