When we opened our branch in St. Moritz three years ago, we decided to fully commit ourselves to the beautiful region here. We see ourselves as part of the community and as a service provider that connects people with the right properties in one of Switzerland’s most popular vacation regions. And because we have received such a warm welcome, we are delighted to be able to give something back to the region with our sponsorship commitments.

In order to successfully market Real Estate, it is crucial to be anchored in the region. Only if every member of staff knows the region and the people can they get the best out of your property for sellers and give prospective buyers what they are really looking for. With almost eighty years of company history, we know this better than anyone else, which is why we came to the Engadin. The start and development have been so successful that we have already been able to expand in terms of personnel and space and, with these selected sponsorships, we can link our name with the values and goals that are close to our hearts: a diverse culture, an attractive economic region and beautiful moments for people.

The worldwide fame of St. Moritz attracts an upscale international clientele who spend the best days of the year here. As a result, demand for real estate is high throughout the Engadin, prices have risen and it is clear to see that anyone looking for a vacation property here is happy to pay a premium and sees it as an investment. After all, they know that they will always experience an incomparable vacation here with extraordinary nature experiences, exquisite cuisine and top-class events.

Two events for the Engadin and our guests

The great challenge for the region has always been to ensure that this world connects with the everyday life of the Engadin and that everyone can benefit from each other. We have therefore specifically decided to support the highlights in the region’s event agenda that appeal to everyone and offer everyone great added value. And which therefore suit us perfectly.

Architecture for all: Open Doors Engadin

The concept for architecture lovers, which has already been successfully implemented in Basel and Zurich, is coming to the Engadin for the first time and we are naturally delighted to be involved as a sponsor: on the weekend of June 25 and 26, eighty outstanding buildings in the Engadin and Bergell will open their doors to the public. This is an opportunity for the interested public and tourists to gain an in-depth insight into how buildings have been constructed in the region throughout the ages that stand out from the crowd then and now due to their different architectural qualities. As a mediator of architecture, we are delighted to be able to help establish Open Doors as an annual fixture on the Engadin cultural agenda with this commitment.

Let the Music play: Festival da Jazz

Once again, the 15th edition will see great artists with a worldwide reputation, lifelong insider tips and successful newcomers come together at various venues. With big names such as David Sanborn, China Moses, James Morrisson and Gianna Nannini – to name just a few – 2022 promises to be an outstanding year musically. From July 7 to 31, the “Festival da Jazz” in St. Moritz will provide an exceptional atmosphere and we are proud to be able to contribute to its success. Namely as enablers of the concert by Dave Grusin & Lee Ritentour, who will bring the Californian way of life and thus a lot of musical sunshine to the Hotel Reine Victoria on the Saturday of the opening weekend.
