The valuation desk is being expanded

A year ago, Ginesta Immobilien opened its own valuation desk and offers pure valuation services in addition to the traditional business (marketing & management). The demand for professional valuations is very high, which is why we are expanding the desk with an additional person. Cédic Hochuli will be responsible as head of the desk. He has many years of experience in this field. In addition to residential properties, he also values special properties such as hotels, apartment buildings and commercial properties using recognized methods (e.g. DCF).

In the meantime, Ginesta Immobilien has already received accreditation from four banks (Credit Suisse AG, Bank Zimmerberg, St. Galler Kantonalbank and Bank Julius Bär).
