Successful real estate breakfast in St. Moritz

It was still a dark winter’s night when the crème de la crème of the real estate scene gathered around the breakfast table at the Hotel Schweizerhof in St. Moritz at 7.30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 17.

Claude Ginesta, CEO of the host company Ginesta Real Estate, welcomed the early crowd of guests to the inaugural event. Over a hearty breakfast, more than 40 real estate and industry professionals listened to presentations by guest speakers, who provided in-depth insights into the Engadin and Swiss real estate markets. Sascha Ginesta, Managing Director of Ginesta Graubünden, presented the hot-off-the-press Graubünden market reports, while Andreas Ammann, Partner at Wüest Partner in Zurich, discussed current assessments of the Swiss real estate market and provided a regional analysis of the Engadin. Finally, Alex Koch de Gooreynd, a partner at Knight Frank in London and a long-standing international marketing partner of Ginesta, drew an intriguing connection to other international ski destinations.

The “informal part” following the presentations was also extremely lively. The guests, speakers and hosts engaged in lively discussions over an informal chat and a final coffee. The first Engadine Real Estate Breakfast will certainly not be the last.
