Claude Ginesta, CEO of host Ginesta Immobilien, welcomed the early crowd of guests to the inaugural event. During a hearty breakfast, more than 40 real estate and industry experts listened to the presentations of the guest speakers, who gave deeper insights into the Engadine and Swiss real estate markets. Sascha Ginesta, Managing Director of Ginesta Graubünden, presented the Graubünden market reports, hot off the press, while Andreas Ammann, Partner at Wüest Partner, Zurich, reported on current assessments of the Swiss real estate market and the regional analysis of the Engadin. Finally, Alex Koch de Gooreynd, Partner at Knight Frank, London, and long-standing international marketing partner of Ginesta, made an exciting link to other international ski destinations.
The “informal part” following the presentations was also extremely lively. The guests, speakers and hosts engaged in lively discussions over an informal chat and a final coffee. The first Engadine Real Estate Breakfast will certainly not be the last.
Here you will find the brand new market reports for the municipalities of St. Moritz, Pontresina, Celerina and Samedan.
