Dear Real Estate friends
We can look back on a successful 2017 and look forward with confidence to the 2018 real estate year. In the Zurich and Graubünden region, we recorded record sales and stable real estate prices last year. Thanks to the low interest rate environment, we also believe that real estate sales will develop positively this year.
We are currently observing a strengthening of the national group of buyers. This experience is in line with the published decline in immigration figures to Switzerland. Domestic demand remains robust.
