New Chairman of the Board of Directors

On his 50th anniversary of service, André Ginesta handed over the chairmanship of the Board of Directors to younger hands. With the election of Corinne Rohner as Chairman of the Board of Directors, the next generation is now also responsible for the strategic level.

Corinne Rohner – a member of the Board of Directors since 2014 – has already accompanied the successful development of Ginesta Immobilien in recent years and provided strategic support for the increase in personnel from around 15 to 35 people. Claude Ginesta, CEO of Ginesta Immobilien, appreciates the professional support from his new Chairman of the Board of Directors: “Even as CEO and patron, you should live corporate governance at all times. In addition to the daily challenges with customers and employees, regular reflection within the Board of Directors is the foundation for successful corporate development. I am very grateful to have Corinne as a suitable expert and sparring partner in our ranks.”  

Rohner holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Art History and an Executive MBA from the University of Zurich. For many years, she was a founding and managing partner of Wampfler & Partner AG and advised large, owner-managed companies. At the same time, she was also entrepreneurially active as a partner in an owner-managed Real Estate holding company in the field of long-term real estate investments and development as well as logistics.  

She currently concentrates on supporting companies as a sparring partner in strategy and policy issues and contributes her many years of experience as an independent board member of various companies. Corinne Rohner enjoys her new mandate: “Real estate has always been a passion of mine. I am therefore particularly pleased to be able to offer my expertise to Ginesta Immobilien AG as Chairman of the Board of Directors and to work closely with professionals in the real estate sector.”
