For more than 50 years, André Ginesta played a key role in shaping the company with his entrepreneurial thinking, strategic flair and great perseverance.

Preserving tradition, shaping the future

Ginesta’s roots go back to the founding of the company by Achilles Ginesta in 1944. André Ginesta has built on this foundation – and at the same time consistently developed the company further. With his experience in organization, sales, communication and service design, he brought new structures, clear processes and a modern way of thinking to the company. He recognized early on how important it is to systematically record properties, customers and market information. With great foresight, he developed analog CRM structures that were ahead of their time and relied on technical aids early on to make work processes more efficient. André Ginesta was also one of the pioneers in the real estate industry when it came to computerization and digital transformation.

Innovation as an attitude

André Ginesta not only managed Ginesta, but actively shaped it. His work was characterized by the aspiration to continuously improve what already existed and to break new ground. This attitude carried the company through the 1980s and 1990s and contributed significantly to making Ginesta fit for the future.

His commitment was never just entrepreneurial, but always personal. Together with his wife Evelyne, he formed a strong team over the decades. With their support and their own great commitment, the reliability and closeness that still characterize Ginesta today emerged.
