The corona crisis has a firm grip on our everyday lives, both professionally and privately. At Ginesta Immobilien AG, we are doing our best to minimize the impact on our work and are here for you in the usual way. To ensure that this remains the case in the future, we are keeping a constant eye on the current coronavirus situation.  

After taking all measures to protect the health of our employees, we have adapted our personal services so that we can continue to serve our customers without endangering their and our health.
 

• Property viewings are still possible. However, you will not be accompanied by our estate agents in close proximity, but with the necessary safety distance and wearing a face mask. When explaining the property, our specialist staff may not stand in the same room but will speak a little louder. Exceptions to this rule are properties occupied by older people. We do not carry out viewings there.       
• However, you can also conduct an initial viewing or market value assessment virtually or online (Zoom, Facetime, Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.). We will be happy to inform you about these options when you contact us.
• Using existing virtual tours, you have access to many of the properties we offer on our website. 
• Meetings can also be held online with Zoom, Facetime, Skype, Micorsoft Teams or Google Hangout if desired.
• In addition to our free online valuation tool on our website, our specialized independent valuation desk is at your disposal, where you can commission a meticulous valuation of your property without meeting in person.

We have always integrated innovative, state-of-the-art technologies into our processes, which enable fast solutions. This investment also helps us to save valuable time, which we used to dedicate to advising our customers in face-to-face meetings. Now, however, social distancing is the order of the day. We won’t lose each other.
