Our market area

Ginesta Immobilien is active in the economic region of Zurich and Graubünden: around Lake Zurich and in the city of Zurich as far as the cantons of Schwyz, Aargau and Central Switzerland (Zug). In Graubünden, we are active throughout the canton, particularly in Chur in winter sports regions such as Davos/Klosters, Arosa, Laax/Flims, Lenzerheide and the Upper and Lower Engadine. We also manage properties with a supra-regional character in other cantons such as Glarus and Thurgau.

Properties outside the market area Foreign properties

We entrust the brokerage of properties that we do not manage ourselves to our professional, local correspondence partners. In Switzerland, they act for us in Central Switzerland (Lucerne), Western Switzerland (Lausanne, Geneva, Valais), the Bernese Alps and Ticino. Thanks to our networks, we also have highly qualified correspondence partners (brokers) abroad who know the local market very well.

  • On request, we can also advertise special properties via social media, in addwords campaigns or via banner advertising.
  • Thanks to our large advertising volume, we benefit from attractive newspaper and magazine rates in national media. As a client of Ginesta Immobilien, you enjoy a volume discount of 50 %, e.g. on the magazines Bilanz Homes or NZZ Residences.
  • Thanks to our marketing partners LeadingRE and Knight Frank, we also benefit from attractive advertising conditions in international newspapers and magazines such as the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Unique Homes, Luxury Portfolio Magazine and Vedemosti (Russian business magazine).

How we work

  • We are happy to market your property in the Swiss marketing channels after it has been inspected and assessed by one of our local partner companies. With the professional on-site inspection, we particularly want to avoid marketing properties at fantasy prices.
  • In a further step, we prepare sales documentation or we receive a professionally prepared brochure in German and English from our partner company. The Swiss are critical buyers who first want to obtain information on the basis of documentation before traveling to the country or region in question to view the property on site.
  • The brokerage contract is agreed with our local partner company. Ginesta Immobilien refers interested buyers directly to the corresponding partner company. If the buyer is referred by Ginesta Immobilien, the partner company compensates Ginesta Immobilien directly. There are no additional costs for you as the client as a result of the cooperation.
  • Local marketing costs in Switzerland (advertisements, social media campaigns, etc.) are charged directly to the client. We charge the actual costs and waive retrocessions; you pay the net price.

We require the following documents and information for a preliminary inspection of your property:

  • Extract from the land register, possibly insurance certificates
  • Photos of the property
  • Address
  • Floor plans
  • Information on the approximate sales value
