Ginesta Immobilien welcomes Sascha Ginesta as a partner of Ginesta Immobilien AG

As the cousin of Claude Ginesta, the current CEO of Ginesta Immobilien, Sascha Ginesta is part of the company’s founding family. He grew up in Valbella and is therefore a “true” Grisons native. In addition to his work at Ginesta Immobilien, Sascha also holds a part-time position as a municipal councillor for the municipality of Vaz/Obervaz (Lenzerheide).

After completing his banking training at Graubündner Kantonalbank, Sascha joined Ginesta Immobilien in 2009. He learned the basics of Real Estate sales from scratch at the head office in Küsnacht and the branch office in Horgen. During the first few years of his career, he also trained as a real estate valuer and successfully completed his training with a specialist certificate.
 
In 2013, he took over the development of the newly founded branch in Chur. The aim was to continuously expand and develop Ginesta Immobilien’s marketing services in the vacation regions of Davos/Klosters, Flims/Laax, Arosa/Lenzerheide and the Upper and Lower Engadine. This has been so successful that further expansion steps have been implemented since then: A St. Moritz branch was opened under his management at the beginning of 2019, and in spring 2020 he successfully completed the expansion of the Chur branch with the move to Aquasanastrasse. In addition to the real estate markets in Graubünden’s winter sports regions, Ginesta Immobilien is focusing on the successful marketing of residential property in the Bündner Herrschaft region in order to establish a further foothold in the first-home market.
 
In the wake of these very positive developments, Ginesta Immobilien has decided to include Sascha Ginesta as a new partner in the group of shareholders and to merge the two companies Ginesta Immobilien AG and Ginesta Immobilien Graubünden AG. We are convinced that the restructuring associated with this step will strengthen the company and enable us to pursue our goals with even more entrepreneurial vigor in the future.
