Real estate in the Chur region is developing in a stable, lively market environment. As the center of Graubünden, the city with around 39,000 inhabitants benefits from a high quality of life, many sunny days and the impressive backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Surrounding municipalities such as Domat Ems, Felsberg, Trimmis, Zizers, Bonaduz and Landquart benefit greatly from their proximity to the cantonal capital. Residential areas are growing moderately in these municipalities, and new, contemporary residential projects are being built along the Chur to Landquart axis, which are also stimulating the real estate market.
