In the first phase, we inspect the property and analyze all relevant documents. We advise you on site. Our valuation experts assess the property and provide a market rental value recommendation.

Preparation for letting
We define the ideal pricing and letting strategy, prepare professional documents in German and English and develop a suitable marketing concept. All documents are ready at the previously defined time.

Letting phase
The offer is sent to our network and suitable search clients and placed on the agreed channels. Individual viewings are organized and carried out. We remain in close contact with the owner throughout the entire process.

Final phase
We obtain references from suitable prospective tenants and draw up rental agreements with all the necessary clarifications. The property is then handed over, including a protocol, and we can also take over the management of your property on request.
