Alex Niedermann

Alex Niedermann is our Head of Brokerage in Horgen and Head of Initial and Renewal Leasing. Together with his team, he not only makes this expertise available to all Ginesta offices on an interdisciplinary basis but also leads the team in handling full-service mandates throughout German-speaking Switzerland, particularly in the greater Zurich area. In his role, he advises clients and developers at an early stage on how to optimize the long-term market appeal of a new housing estate, development or replacement apartment building. From the division into units to pricing and from floor plan planning to materialization, he incorporates Ginesta's accumulated knowledge of what the market is looking for today and tomorrow. Bringing a breath of fresh air and new ideas, he develops customized brokerage strategies. His focus is on implementing solutions tailored to the size and nature of each property, with an emphasis on digital brokerage. His experience, custom-optimized digital tools, and an exceptional knack for the right positioning lay the foundation for the ideal allocation of resources in every project. He brings with him a wealth of experience and a broad perspective shaped by his international background. He has been successfully active in the real estate sector for over twenty years, was a partner for eight years in an agency specializing in real estate brokerage, and holds a Swiss Federal Certificate in Real Estate Management (SVIT). Thanks to several years spent living and working in Europe and the U.S., thinking and acting on a grand scale comes naturally to him. He also has a long list of hobbies, which he pursues with the same passion as a family man with his wife and three mostly grown-up children: sailing, horse riding, teaching bonsais - i.e. five to nine-year-olds - as a J & S karate instructor, riding a Vespa, cooking and baking.
