Michael Füllemann has been a member of the Board of Directors of Ginesta Immobilien AG since 2023.
As an entrepreneurial leader, he provides management services combining his extensive experience in senior line management, top-level consulting and capital market investments. With a particular focus on helping leading companies successfully implement key business initiatives, he will use his organizational and corporate development expertise to support Ginesta's growth at a strategic level.
In his work, he draws on a wide range of relevant international experience in the design of companies. As an ex-GL member at Schindler, he actively changed the organization and has over 20 years of international consulting experience at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Bain & Co.
His experience is international and he lived for several years mainly in America, but his home is and remains Switzerland. He lives with his wife and two children on Zurich's Gold Coast.
