Elke Guhl has had a successful career with international companies and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Ginesta Immobilien AG since 2023.
She started at Henkel Cosmetic in 1994 and held numerous positions in Switzerland and abroad before moving to eBay International Switzerland as Country Manager. Elke also expanded her e-commerce experience as Vice President Marketing Central Europe at the online job platform Monster. She later worked as CMO at Swiss Life Switzerland and played a key role in the strategic repositioning of the brand. As Head of Ownership Solutions at Electrolux Switzerland, Elke gained insights into the Swiss real estate market and in-depth knowledge of customer service and the after-market. Most recently, she was Chief Customer Officer at Migros Fachmarkt AG, where she was responsible for the transformation into a more customer-centric organization.
As a proven marketing specialist with the motto "Change is the heartbeat of growth", she will strengthen the marketing skills of Ginesta Immobilien AG at a strategic level.
