At the same time, we support owners who are considering a sale. Initial appraisals, sound assessments and discussions on market positioning often also take place during this phase. The market is then particularly active in tourist communities and comparability is high. Our canvassers are on site, take their time and advise with a focus on the essentials: Location, condition, potential and realistic expectations.
