Sarah Vogler has taken over the management of the Ginesta office in Horgen as of October 2023. This position carries a special responsibility, as Horgen was the first location next to the headquarters in Küsnacht and was opened back in 2011. In the meantime, a lot has happened both at Ginesta Immobilien, which now has eight offices, and in the fast-growing Silver Coast region, which is characterised by high construction activity and an increasing number of upscale properties.
As a committed, entrepreneurial, motivated and extremely customer-oriented personality with proven success qualities, she is the ideal choice to take on this challenge in a clearly defined market area between Kilchberg and Wädenswil. The lakeside communities in the canton of Schwyz are currently served by the office in Pfäffikon SZ. In addition, the native of Central Switzerland will use her now 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and her network to further develop not only the market area of the Zimmerberg region but also the expansion into the Zug region in a targeted manner.
The woman from Nidwalden has the necessary qualifications, including training as a real estate marketer with a federal diploma, certification as an interior designer, a CAS in Brand Management and is currently studying for a CAS in Real Estate Development. In addition, she is characterised by exceptional service qualities and impressive language skills, which are extremely appreciated by both our clients and our international clients.
It is particularly pleasing that Sarah Vogler has already been with Ginesta since April 2022 and we are convinced that with her we have gained another valuable member of the management team. With her previous work as a senior real estate marketer and deputy head of the premium segment, she brings with her the best prerequisites for this new task.
