On the weekend of June 28 and 29, 2025, the Engadin will once again be the setting for a special festival: for the fourth time, Open Doors Engadin invites you to discover over 80 architecturally outstanding buildings – from historic school buildings to award-winning hotels, from Olympic stadiums to private workshops. And once again, Ginesta Immobilien is participating with full conviction as a main partner.

Architecture is more than just a façade. It shapes quality of life, it forms places and it tells stories. This is exactly what we want to make visible with Open Doors Engadin. As a real estate company anchored in the Engadin with an office in St. Moritz, we have been supporting the project since the beginning. Because anyone who loves the Engadin also loves its architecture. The regional building culture has evolved historically and it is modern and innovative at the same time. This area of tension can be experienced by everyone over a weekend – with buildings that would otherwise usually remain closed. Guided tours, discussions and spontaneous encounters with architects, owners and visitors bring the experience to life.
Our role: In the thick of it instead of just a sponsor
As in previous years, our office at Via Serlas 23 will once again be the starting point for the two architecture walks in St. Moritz. Our employees welcome interested parties with genuine enthusiasm for what is being created and carried forward here architecturally. Strengthened, we set off on a tour that provides exciting insights into unusual properties. Open Doors Engadin wants to show more than just beautiful facades: It promotes public dialog about building culture, creates an understanding of architecture and brings people together – residents and tourists, amateurs and professionals, generations and perspectives.

Architecture walks in St. Moritz to be won
When the doors of over 80 architectural gems open, we'll be there again. And we are giving away two places each for the two architecture walks in St. Moritz on June 28 and 29, 2025. Simply send an email with the subject “Architecture walk” to graubuenden@ginesta.ch by June 22, 2025. A total of 2x2 places will be raffled off among all entries.
